Timber valuations, also known as a timber cruise, is an essential tool in determining the worth of standing timber.

Is there a minimum for cutting timber?

Most conventional logging operations prefer a minimum of 25+ acres. Smaller acreages may be considered if access and timber value are acceptable.

What is Timber Inventory?

A timber inventory is an assessment of the quantity and quality of trees growing on a property. Timber inventory is done by taking a number of sample points on a predetermined grid across the property to gather data to decipher the number of trees, species of trees, and quality of trees. This is also known as a timber cruise.

How do you customize management plans?

Management plans are customized solely based on the landowner’s objectives to be achieved with their timber assets.
